| What does the guaranteed number of guests mean? The final count, or guaranteed number of guests to be served, is due seven days in advance of the event date. These seven days of advance notice allows the caterer to plan, purchase, and begin preparation of the foods, schedule preparation and event staff, schedule the needed vehicles, and focus our complete attention to your event. Once received, this attendance number will be considered a guarantee not subject to reduction. Invoicing will be based on the actual guest count or the confirmed guest count, whichever is greater. In the event your count should increase, we will make every effort to be able to accommodate the increased numbers if we are able to secure the necessary products and staffing. |
