| What happens if I have planned an outdoor event and the weather's bad? We strongly suggest you arrange for an alternate location in case of rain or bad weather. Some clients prefer to reserve a back-up location or a tent, regarding it as insurance. Other clients chose to gamble - to wait and see about the weather, with the hopes of being able to secure another location at the last minute. This strategy may work, but can backfire if a sudden downpour soaks your guests. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, Plantation Catering will make every effort to reschedule your event. Fees will be charged to cover special order items, expenses already incurred, and perishable goods. |
